2. Services Offered
We provide rental of refrigerated and non-refrigerated vans across Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. All hires are subject to availability and eligibility checks.

3. Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Zero Rentals, you must:

• • Be at least 21 years old
• • Hold a valid full driver’s licence (Australian or international, as approved)
• • Provide valid identification and pass a rental eligibility check

We reserve the right to decline a booking if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Payment Terms

• • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation
• • We accept payment by credit/debit card only
• • A security bond may be required depending on vehicle type and hire period

 
5. Cancellations & Refunds

• • You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund
• • No refund will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of the rental start time
• • An administration fee may apply for processing refunds or rescheduling

 
6. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must not be:

• • Used for illegal purposes
• • Driven off-road or in restricted areas
• • Subleased or driven by unauthorised persons
• • Driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs

 
7. Damage & Liability

• • Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during the hire period
• • Vehicles may be covered under insurance; however, an excess may apply
• • The hirer may be liable for repair or replacement costs not covered by insurance

 
8. Late Returns & Fuel

• • Late returns may incur additional charges
• • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; otherwise, a refuelling fee will apply

 
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the rental will be handled in accordance with these laws.
